Vitella SPA Automatic (referred to as Vitella SPA A) is a fully automatic hydraulic dough dividing and rounding machine designed for bakeries, pizzerias and confectionery operations. Unlike manual or semi-automatic versions (where the rounding must be operated manually using a lever), this model handles pressing, dividing and rounding completely on its own

Automatic is a machine equipped with four hydraulic cylinders for fully automatic operation. Two cylinders are used for pressing the dough, one for dividing and one for rounding. The control panel allows all basic parameters to be set individually and up to 9 different programmes to be stored in memory.

Electronic control: The digital control panel allows settings (pressing time, rounding time, chamber height) to be stored in up to 9 or 10 independent programmes for different types of dough.

High-quality construction: The dividing head is made of aluminium alloy, the blades are made of premium AISI 304 stainless steel and the internal metal parts are galvanised for maximum hygiene and long service life.
