Industrial two-speed VMI MAG-R 200 spiral dough mixer with a removable, mobile bowl. It can handle up to 200 kg of dough per batch; a minimum batch of approximately 20–30 kg is recommended for optimal kneading. The machine is equipped with two separate motors and a hydraulic head lift to facilitate handling of the bowl.
