MACHINE REFURBISHMENT - Glimek Bread Divider

1. Dividing chamber:

           - double-sided blade grinding
           - new main piston (bronze)
           - new nylon rear piston
           - installation and leak testing of the chambers.

1. Sandblasting to remove old paint from the divider body.
2. New coating for the divider body (powder coating).
3. Replacement of all bearings.
4. Replacement of all chains, seals and V-belts.
5. New outlet conveyor belt,
6. New electrical wiring,
7. New frequency converter for adjusting machine output.
8. Refurbishment of the central lubrication pump
9. New lubrication hoses.
10. Machine testing with dough.
