The MAC.PAN MBA/2C is a professional machine for shaping baguettes, bâtards and other long bread products. It gradually rolls and shapes the dough using two rollers and shaping belts. The gap between the rollers and belts can be adjusted to suit the dough and the desired product. The working rollers are 700 mm long and 63.5 mm in diameter, with an adjustable gap of 0–20 mm.
