Sottoriva Winner is a versatile unit designed for the production of rolled pastries in small and medium-sized bakeries. It can handle both hard and loose dough consistencies. Interchangeable knives allow you to set the weight of the divided pieces in the range of 30 - 500 g (3 different knives for 1, 2 or 3 line production).
This model is equipped with a second moulder.
