Rollfix 700 is a reliable, high-performance dough sheeter with a large working area. The possibility of setting the distance between the rollers up to 50 mm enables the processing of large blocks of dough. The machine is controlled via simple software with a colour touch screen. Available are 18 sheeting programs for every dough type, along with 100 product memory addresses.
Rollfix 700 is suitable for continuous operation.
