The machine is used for rolling dough into sheets in the production of puff pastry. This dough sheeter is equipped with a cutting unit, which in the following stage cuts shapes into the rolled dough.
The speed of the conveyor belts can be regulated individually and their operation is controlled by a hand lever or a pedal.
